When you don’t know where to turn, contact 211 for assistance in finding available services near you. A 211 navigator will help you understand how local services work and which ones are available for what you need. They can also connect you to the shelter services.

CALL 211, 24/7 to speak with a navigator in English or French, or with an Interpreter in more than 150 languages or, call the Community Connection Homeless Navigation phone at 705-444-0040 ext. 111 and leave a message.  Your call will be returned.

NOTICE COVID-19 OPERATIONS

As a result of COVID-19, Out of The Cold Collingwood will remain open until such time as threats posed by the pandemic have passed and is available to our guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  People experiencing homelessness or at risk of this, continue to receive support through community navigators who can be reached by dialing 211.  

If you are at risk or experiencing homelessness in the Collingwood area, please start by calling 211 which is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
