The local crisis in homelessness has put a push on to open a temporary emergency shelter in Collingwood this winter.
Spearheaded by Out of the Cold South Georgian Bay and the Collingwood chapter of the Simcoe County Alliance to End Homelessness (SCATEH), the shelter would be open from November to April. more >
